Classes
Most Mindful Movers & Makers programs are designed for children ages 2–7. Age ranges vary by class — check each class listing for the exact age range.
Caregiver participation depends on the class. Most current Mindful Movers & Makers classes are caregiver-and-child experiences. Check the individual class listing for details.
Comfortable clothing that can get a little paint or dirt on it — we believe in hands-on exploration. Dress for the weather since many of our classes are outdoors. We provide all materials. Just bring a water bottle and a curious spirit.
Logistics
Outdoor classes are held in light rain but cancelled in severe weather. We make a final weather decision approximately 90 minutes before class time. Cancelled sessions are rescheduled or credited toward future enrollment. Safety always comes first.
Pricing
We offer a discount for siblings enrolled in the same class or program. The first child is full price, and each additional sibling receives a discount. Specific pricing varies by class — check the class listing or contact us for details.
Enrollment
When a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, we'll contact you in the order you joined the waitlist and give you 48 hours to confirm before offering the spot to the next family. There's no cost to join the waitlist.
